A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative Dispatcher

The Customer Service Representative Dispatcher position's responsibilities include answering client inquiries, booking calls, coordinating our team, efficiently and professionally.  In addition, our Customer Service Representative Dispatcher provides our customers with a professional experience from the first phone call to the completion of the service work.  All duties to be performed with a high level of attention to details.

What you Need to be Qualified for the Customer Service Representative Dispatcher Position

In order to be qualified for the Customer Service Representative Dispatcher position, a minimum of 5 years' experience as a customer service representative (mandatory) and 1-year minimum dispatch experience is preferred.  Our Customer Service Representative must have an excellent customer service attitude in our fast-paced environment.  Patience and a willingness to "go the extra mile" for our clients and team is a must.  In addition, our Customer Service Representative Dispatcher must possess very strong communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English.  Superior time management skills are required.  We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can also work well independently.  Computer proficiency is essential for this position.
